Job Purpose
- To generate the pull of the products from the users by creating awareness on the features & specifications of products
- Establishing brand positioning in the market through promoting the USPs of the brands over the competitor brands
- Developing the loyalty with the users for repeating the purchase and thereby creating tertiary visibility through loyalty programs
Key Responsibilities
Market Development
1. Market Development of company’s products and enhancement of sales through various marketing initiatives/drives
2. Driving Marketing Initiatives like- Counter meet, user meet etc.
3. Business development through market visit at Retailers/End Users/site
User & Influencers Development
4. User Development of Key Outlets
5. End Users’ Development through trainings as well as product application trials.
6. Influencers connect on product specifications
7. Assistance to Sales team/Retailers/End Users etc. for solving market
related issues like- product, product quality and application at user and site level.
Key retailers development
8. Connecting with key retailers for working on their users development.
9. Driving focus product sales at key retailers.
10. Executing retailers specific needs based activity for User conversion.
Training & Development
11. Providing training to sales officers & end users (Product Knowledge /Application Training / Planning & Implementation of Market Development Module / Conducting User Development Meets)
12. Joint working with sales officers to identify the concern areas and take corrective action for development on market development areas.
Launching & Promotion of new Products
13. Launching of products: Driving of end user connect program.
14. Promotion of new products/applications as per new product launch module
15. Providing market & users feedback of new launches
Market Research
16. To conduct market research and collect systematic feedback from users| retailers| team as per module
17. To generate market intelligence and track competitors activity.
