  2. Service Cancellation by QuikHire.in:

    • QuikHire.in reserves the right to cancel a service due to unforeseen circumstances such as service provider unavailability or force majeure events. In such cases, customers will be notified as soon as possible, and a full refund will be provided.

Refund Policy

  1. Eligibility for Refund:

    • Refunds are applicable only if the service was cancelled by QuikHire.in or if there is a verified failure to deliver the promised service standards.
    • If a service is cancelled by the customer before the service commencement (within the permissible cancellation window), a full refund will be issued.

  2. Refund Process:

    • To request a refund, please contact our customer support team with your booking details and the reason for the refund request.
    • Once the refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method used during booking.

  3. Non-Refundable Scenarios:

    • No refunds will be provided if the customer cancels the service within 24 hours of the scheduled start time.
