Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems using React.js. Your typical day will involve troubleshooting, debugging, and providing technical support to ensure smooth functioning of the applications. Roles & Responsibilities: – Provide technical support to identify and solve issues within multiple components of critical business systems using React.js. – Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and debug issues, ensuring smooth functioning of the applications. – Develop and maintain technical documentation, including troubleshooting guides and knowledge base articles. – Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of best practices for application support and maintenance. Professional & Technical Skills: – Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in React.js. – Good To Have Skills: Experience with Redux, Node.js, and GraphQL. – Strong understanding of web development concepts, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. – Experience with debugging tools such as Chrome DevTools and React Developer Tools. – Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Additional Information: – The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in React.js. – The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. – This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
