Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Human Resource/Recruitment Specialist with a proven track record in strategic planning for staffing, conducting interviews, and hiring personnel to foster a productive work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review compensation and benefits packages
  • Efficiently manage workforce scheduling
  • Administer health and life insurance program
  • Strategically plan quarterly and annual performance review sessions
  • Ensure timely updating of employee records, incorporating new hire information and changes in employment status
  • Maintain payroll records
  • Process employee’s queries and respond in a timely manner
  • Conduct thorough CV screening and perform insightful interviews
  • Onboard new employees

Requirements

  • College educated
  • Candidates must provide either an NBI Clearance or Police Clearance (preferred) upon hiring
  • Must be comfortable with using Hubstaff, a time-tracking application
  • Demonstrate proven work experience as a Human Resource Specialist or Generalist, with a focus on Recruitment
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and Human
  • Resources Information Systems
  • Proficiency in conducting both phone and video interviews, coupled with adept candidate screening and evaluation skills
  • Familiarity with leveraging social media and professional networks for recruitment
  • Team management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Professional-level English (written and verbal/voice)
  • Computer or laptop with access to the internet (min speed of 25 Mbps)
