Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Creative Head | Graphic Designer with 10+ years of experience in the field, particularly in B2C environments within industries such as Travel Tech, Food Tech, Ecommerce, or related fields. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering visually compelling designs that resonate with target audiences.

Responsibilities:

Develop innovative and engaging visual concepts, graphics, and layouts for various digital and print materials, including but not limited to websites, social media assets, marketing campaigns, packaging, and promotional materials.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and content creators, to understand project objectives and deliver design solutions that align with brand guidelines and strategic objectives.

Create and maintain brand identities, ensuring consistency across all visual elements and touchpoints.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and best practices to continuously enhance design quality and effectiveness.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

Provide guidance and mentorship to junior members of the design team, fostering creativity and professional growth.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Motion graphics or related field.

10+ years of professional experience as a Creative Head | Graphic Designer , with a strong portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of design projects and styles.

Experience working in B2C environments, preferably within Travel Tech, Food Tech, Ecommerce, or related industries.

Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with design tools like Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.

Solid understanding of branding principles, typography, color theory, and layout design.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively articulate and present design concepts to stakeholders.

Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Previous experience in UX/UI design and knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles is a plus.

Passion for design and a proactive attitude towards learning and professional development.

Preferred:

Certification or specialized training in graphic design or related field.

Previous experience in IT or familiarity with tech-related products and services
