Insight Gro is hiring for the role of Customer Service Representative!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, ensuring prompt and accurate resolution of inquiries and concerns.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, fostering trust and loyalty through active listening and empathy.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members for timely resolution.
  • Process orders, handle returns, and manage customer accounts efficiently and accurately.
  • Stay informed about company products, services, and policies to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment, supporting colleagues and sharing knowledge.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining high ethical standards and confidentiality.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a focus on finding solutions and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring all tasks are completed to the highest standards.
