Responsibilities of the Candidate:

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a focus on finding solutions and exceeding customer expectations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
