Job Description

About the Role

In this opportunity as D&I Intern*, you will either:
  • Build data pipelines
  • Develop Dashboards and perform Data Analysis
  • Handle billing queue via Salesforce tool
  • Resolve purchase order/invoice copy related queries via Salesforce
  • Compare information between two documents
  • Monitor QA synthetics jobs and alert the team on failure
  • Check and verify correctness of cases/documents from court website
  • Monitor Emails and ServiceNow Dashboard
  • Respond to Server Sitter Incidents
  • Perform health checks on the servers
  • Get model information from developer
  • Data Entry in the Application
  • Tick & Tie with Print
  • Carry out manual testing on the FindLaw Products
  • Help controllers in posting audit JEs in SAP
  • Maintain the document repository

About You

You’re a fit for the role of *Role Title* if your background includes:
  •  0-1 year experience in any field
  • Intermediate MS-Office skills
  • Experience working on team collaboration application like MS-Teams
  • Eye for details
  • Good communication skills, verbal and written, especially written
