Job Responsibilities:
- E-commerce Knowledge of Working on Panels like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra & other Market places.
- Driving the sales performance of the e-commerce platform.
- Managing and executing promotional campaigns.
- Providing insights on customer shopping trends to support assortment selection and identify assortment gaps.
- Ensuring good customer service by addressing and ensuring the timely resolution of customer issues or comments.
- Working closely with demand planning and warehousing teams in order to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
- Providing analysis and reporting on metrics such as weekly/monthly sales by department, new product sell-through, and offering code performance.
- Manage all online activity in relation to traffic acquisition, sales, conversion and a/b testing and reporting.
- Key Word Optimization on Product Detail Page with the Web Dev team /SEO Specialist.
- Co-ordinates Changes product titles, descriptions, attributes to ensure that all products are SEM & SEO optimized on platform with support of the merchandizer and activity roles team.
Skills and Qualification:
- Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.
- Excellent writing and editing skills in English.
- Demonstrative active listening skills, highly consultative and solutions-oriented.
