  • The Finance Accounting Managed Services team provides support by addressing the challenges of achieving appropriate standards of control, efficient back office opportunities, transforming finance function by executing strategies to reduce functional and operational complexity through streamlined processes, optimising use of technology, and efficiently using resources to deliver cost effective, high quality services to all stakeholders
  • The team delivers core finance accounting functions including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Compliance and Controls, Fixed Assets, Project Accounting, General Accounting, Financial Planning and Analysis, Tax, and Treasury

As a Senior Associate, youll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution

  • Execute financial close
  • Perform month and journal entry adjustments
  • Reporting on multiple dimensions including income statement, balance sheet, statement of cashflows, regulations, daily balance activity and executive dashboard reporting
  • Perform general book and record keeping
  • Prepare financial forecast
  • Reconcile accounts
  • Reconcile balance sheet
  • Post required journal entries with relevant approvals
  • Update GL account master data records
  • Creating schedules for management for all fixed asset activity
  • Prepare periodic fixed asset roll forward schedules and other fixed asset activity reports
  • Review detailed schedule of fixed assets and accumulated depreciation
  • Participation in ongoing SOX compliance reviews
  • Support in month-end close process by posting intercompany adjusting entries and accruals
  • Responsible for preparing elimination and consolidation entries
  • Debt and fund reconciliations
  • Perform any investigations / corrective actions as necessary for all reconciliations
  • Assist in the preparation of controls testing, as well as provide necessary documentation for the annual audit(s)
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (i.e., Microsoft PowerBI, Tableau)
  • Experience with NetSuite
  • 3-7 Years Experience
