Job Requirement

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Drive performance marketing campaigns across various Digital Channels such as Meta, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and Google
  • Build communication strategies, creative approaches, and visibility for performance marketing campaigns
  • Drive innovation and implement testing strategies to continually uncover optimization levers, enhance learning, and improve performance
  • Analyze new market trends in performance marketing and create an action plan to put them into execution
  • This role would be part of the marketing function, anchoring all paid digital marketing channels, and driving traffic to the website by deeply understanding and analyzing the user journey
  • Collaborate with the design team to create compelling visual content for digital campaigns
  • Understanding, and analyzing traffic from different marketing channels and optimizing it in conjunction with the overall business strategy

Expertise & Qualifications:

  • 1-3  years of digital media planning and buying experience with hands-on experience specifically with Meta/Google/LinkedIn/Twitter
  • In-depth understanding of performance marketing metrics such as cost per install, CTR, CPMs, etc
  • Exceptional analytics, project management skills, writing, and organizational skills.
  • A/B Testing for various creative and communication experiments to drive better performance on campaigns
  • Need Domain Expertise in
    • Meta Ads Manager
    • Google (UAC, Search, Display,  etc)
    • Social Media Channels such as – Twitter & LinkedIn
    • Google Analytics
    • Appsflyer, Firebase
