Manage calendars and schedules for the Talent Management and Employee Engagement team, including organizing meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Assist in planning and organizing employee engagement events, training sessions, workshops, and other HR-related activities.
Coordinate logistics for events, including venue booking, catering, equipment setup, and attendee communication.
Collaborate with team members to ensure alignment and consistency in HR practices and processes.
Perform general administrative duties as assigned to support the smooth functioning of the team.
