Job Description

Eshopbox is looking forward to onboard a committed HR Specialist to undertake all hiring activities,

from Recruitment activities which includes Sourcing, Screening, Interviewing, Onboarding to HR

Operations such as Employee Engagement, Handling Employee grievances, Monitoring HRs systems and databases Majorly, you will be responsible for hiring qualified people while maintaining a positive candidate as well as employee experience.

Role & responsibilities

RECRUITMENTS

• Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.

• Screen resumes and job applications.

• Create and publish job ads on various portals.

• Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates.

• Administering appropriate company assessments and create a hiring pipeline.

• Performing reference and background checks.

• Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill, and source of hire.

• Establish an effective and efficient hiring process

• Following up & reporting on the interview process status.

• Staying current on the companys organization structure, personnel policy, and laws regarding

employment practices.

• Serving as a liaison with area employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations.

• Completing timely reports on employment activity.

HR OPERATIONS

• Assisting with all internal and external HR related matters

• Participating in developing organizational guidelines

• Employee Motivation and Engagement

• Managing Organization’s Databases and preparing reports

• Keeping up with daily HR practices like attendance monitoring and minor payroll related work.
