The role pertains to the team lead position for CMB Sales within GPS managing North India, an important region for CMB in India.  This is a critical Team Lead role as the candidate needs to drive the team towards achievement of the business parameters across CMB corporate in North India and CMB and BB in East India. 

Principal Responsibilities 

•         Build and execute a sales strategy in conjunction with CMB coverage team in the area

•         Accountable for Financial performance (EBV and expense targets)

•         Account planning for all key CMB accounts in the area with deliverables agreed with coverage team; quarterly review of progress against account plans

•         Assume practice leadership as assigned (e.g. Sales process, Solutioning, marketing etc.)

•         Execute governance process with the leadership of CMB segment in the area

•         Direct management of area CMB Sales team – includes Coaching, performance and talent management

•         Ensure compliance with GPS Sales procedures and practices

•         On site leadership role to coordinate on behalf of INM GPS sales leadership and the regional leadership team

Requirements

  • Post graduate with at least 10-13 years of post-qualification experience
  • Proven & demonstrated track record in the domain of cash management. 

Additional Information

  • Mandatory to successfully complete Anti-Money Laundering and Sanctions training and post-course assessment, as required.The GCB 4 or GCB 5 will be offered depending on the selected candidate’s skill and relevant experience
