Job Description

  • Drive market share growth in the Electric Two-Wheeler (EV 2W) segment by driving sales volume, bookings pipelines and equivalent collections as per the Product Development (PD) plan from dealerships in the assigned territory

Primary Responsibilities:

1.EV Dealership Visits:Execute planned visits to EV dealerships in accordance with the approved journey cycle.Implement and oversee sales activation plans within the allocated budget, collaborating with EV Activation Teams at HO and the dealership.

2.Sales Performance Optimization:Review and analyse sales to end customers and Authorized Service Centres (ASCs).Identify and ensure the implementation of corrective and preventive actions to enhance EV sales performance.Ensure optimized customer experience and business throughput across the entire customer journey

3.Team Building and Support:Support EV Dealer Owners in building a motivated and effective team of EV Sales Personnel.Assist dealers in recruiting qualified manpower specific to the EV segment.Model behaviours that enhance personal selling effectiveness within the EV domain.Provide effective on-the-job training tailored to Electric Two-Wheeler sales.

4.Adherence to EV Standards:Ensure strict adherence to EV dealership sales standards and the EV sales process.Provide constructive feedback and support corrective actions to achieve high levels of Customer Satisfaction across the EV customer journey.

5.Effective Enquiry Management:Drive and support the effective management of inquiries related to Electric Two-Wheelers through the EV Dealer Management System.Ensure the EV Dealer Order in MOS (Monthly Order System) aligns seamlessly with the EV PD Plan.

6.Competitor Analysis in the EV Segment:Monitor and report competitor activity within the Electric Two-Wheeler segment in the assigned territory.Track and analyse product launches, schemes, promotions, and development plans of competitors in the EV 2W space.

Desired Candidate Profile:At least a Graduate qualification (Any Field). MBA Preferred.A minimum of 2 years of working experience in the related sales/EV field.Preferably at the Middle Level/Management level.

Educational qualifications preferred

UG: Any Graduate/Diploma

PG: Post Graduation Not Required
